I think the biggest issue here is the lack of empathy and understanding from people. Instead of recognizing that he’s navigating something new and challenging, they’re quick to criticize him for not handling everything perfectly in the moment. This is his first time operating at this level (being at the top, managing a team, being at the center, evolving his teammates, and trying to grow alongside them). Rather than allowing space for that growth, people rush to mock him. I understand that a lot of it is driven by engagement and rage bait, but it still comes across as unnecessary and frustrating

I don’t get why Isagi fans are mad about a ‘downfall.’ Isn’t it more interesting when your favorite character struggles and grows? If he’s always right and always winning, it gets boring. This adds way more depth to his character.

I hope the isagi that said ego’s football isn’t enough makes it to the surface. I think he’s still under stress since he’s not doing well. He’s close to a breakthrough but I think the talk with ego on the rooftop has made him to feel as tho he has to shoulder ego’s ideals

@BadGuyFromThere I mean he might not be Rin or Kaiser but I don’t think he’s bad enough to completely give up on shooting. But it might just be a self-image/perception issue but if that’s true then he isnt being as logical as he thinks he is.

@Pencilipadundo More so an acceptance of his limitations and a clear display of his reluctance to ad-lib and do risky stuffs. He’s a conservative at heart. He does what he knows best and in his mind he cannot see himself score but he can set up others to score. That’s how I see it ?
