Thursday we held a Restart a Heart session for a family whose son had survived a Cardiac Arrest in his 20s 6 weeks ago. This was due to early CPR & Defibrillation. Free sessions like this are made possible via donations. To donate visit gtap.uk/U8OCRF

11 years ago I joined @stjohnambulance with the dream of being a paramedic. Today I gained my Paramedic registration, I owe a great deal to St John’s youth programmes. I quite simply don’t think I could of done it without them. They show so many young people their potential.
