@BergerCuchi @WallStreetApes @nancybschein Farmed cervids are traveling much farther than that, spreading CWD across the country via transport. CWD has also moved by way of wild populations and hunters moving carcasses.

Minnesota Democrats quietly ended deer farms in the entire state Americans deer farmer “They passed a law, no more licenses in Minnesota. All my breed stock are worth nothing They passed a law that on my farm entity, the business must die with me So I have a son, I can turn my farm over to my son, one generation, but then it must die with my son. Well, I have 4 boys that would love to run my farm, but they're not gonna run it knowing it has to die with them and they'll never get a retirement. So my farm's gonna die with me 'cause my sons aren't gonna take over. I'm righteously pissed off, righteously pissed off at these evil people. I'm angry” - Minnesota passed legislation to stop issuing new registrations/licenses for white-tailed deer farms - Limits transfers of existing deer farm licenses to one time only, and typically only to immediate family members - Existing farms can continue operating under their current license, but after that single family transfer, the license effectively ends. No further generational handoff or new owners

Sanity über alles.Save America,Be a Mensch!
I think the issue is Chronic Wasting Disease which seems to have spread throughout North American deer, elk, moose wild populations to farm raised .. Seems they were trying to breed disease resistant herds as a solution not shut down the farms… There are big flu outbreaks but you don’t see chicken and egg farms being forced to go out of business.. Everybody likes eggs, I think the deer farmers need better publicity and lobbying to get the message of their plight out.. usgs.gov/centers/nwhc/s…

@BobbyWilson1004 I switched to Stevia about 5 years ago. Stevia also has a bitter aftertaste. Takes about a week to acquire the taster but now it’s hard for me to tell the difference it and sugar in coffee or tea.

Thought I would get a healthy sugar substitute to use less honey in my coffee. However this monk fruit alternative tastes m#as bitter as licking a gorilla’s butt. 😫🥴 Any suggestions???

The thing about living in the south is, you can leave a high security research lab, on the campus of a top tier R-1 research university to go to an appointment with a world renowned medical expert but this will inevitably involve driving down Hog Mountain Rd.

@chanluh I used to love following recruiting but now it’s a better strategy not to land the 5* out of HS unless you have a starting spot for them. I love watching UGA games and still feel as passionate but don’t feel the same about the entire sport as I did a few years ago.

Late night CFB rant that doesn’t really have a direction and will be too long for anyone to read all the way through: One of the major pillars of CFB was following the recruiting trails. It used to be crazy. There no point anymore. The game is gone I don’t blame the players one bit. I’d do the same if I was in their situation. I blame the lack of leadership for allowing it to get to this point I’m not saying this one flip is what breaks the camel’s back. I’m just baffled by the game now and how we’ve gotten here. How no one has stepped up to stop it. Granted, when they do step in they just get sued. So I don’t know what the answer is. This whole thing sucks. A lot. I think athletes should be paid. The money the brought in for these schools and apparel companies was nuts. Even crazier that they never saw a dime. They didn’t even own their last names. How NIL was explained to me (and how it’s played out on CFB 25 and 26 😂) is you’ll work/advertise/show up for businesses that will pay you for your services. Not “my oil company wants to give this school $100M” and the school just hands it out like Halloween candy? I won’t blame the colleges for doing any of this either. If my team had billionaire boosters I’d want them to do the same thing. I get it. Why would you not want an advantage? I’d also be bragging about it like hell. I’m just upset that it got to this point. Where no one can at least control and regulate what we have going on. There may be people who love today’s CFB. My team has done very well in this era so maybe I shouldn’t complain. I fell in love with this sport when my team had never even made a National Championship. This sport used to have a meaning that was more than one team winning it all. Every game mattered. Beating your rival mattered. We’re getting to a point where it doesn’t feel like that anymore. I shouldn’t be sitting here, already mentally moved on from CFB. Even if my team is out. I used to care about this sport 24/7. No matter if our last game was early December, or the middle of January. We’re less than 72 hours from the National Championship and the only time I’ve thought about it is when I get on Twitter. Indiana could make school changing history. Miami could be back on top of the CFB world. 2 things that should have my mind going wild just doesn’t seem to hit the same. It’s not the teams that are in it’s fault. Mendoza is a great story. Beck was our former QB. I should really want him to lose. Friday night at 11:59 and I’m really not worried what happens anymore. This all stinks. A lot. I would’ve kept going but I just feel like I’m rambling now. With Love, Chan

Sources tell me and @chris_hummer that one of the quarterbacks now of interest to Duke as a potential replacement for Darian Mensah is former Florida star QB DJ Lagway, who has been on the verge of heading to Baylor but hasn’t signed yet

@BobbyWilson1004 @armyguy1127 @YouTubeTV I don’t think Disney’s play is getting people to switch to Hulu or ESPN. If all sports fans switched, Disney loses their power to negotiate with providers. Why does this matter? Because ESPN is in the base package of most providers and non sports fans contribute $15/month.

@armyguy1127 @YouTubeTV I love them so I’m staying loyal. This will get resolved. Disney wants people to switch to Hulu and increase their streaming. A monopoly and I ain’t helping that happen

@gunsnrosesgirl3 The water pressure at the bottom depends on the water height to the top. Initially the flow is the same in both tanks, but the height goes down faster for Y, lowering the pressure and the water flow. So X should empty first.
