The goal of these companies is to prove an asset could be turned into a mine, it’s the goal not the norm. An exploration company drills and proves the asset is economic, and with the help of a major who has the funds turns the asset into a mine, or the exploration company sells it to a major. This is not the norm though, an exploration project becoming a mine is rare.

@47Cardiff Yes, they finished up the Lidar testing and will use that money raised from the ATM to fund a drill program in the coming months. Majuba is an exploration project.

I did not actually, exited with a modest 15% gain, I timed the end of the atm fairly well. Was never a long term hold but a short term trade. This company does this all the time, look at the multi year chart, there will be short pumps but after a reverse split historically the stock just grinds lower. Not a fan of management much better juniors to park your money in.

Started a position in $YARR.V $SICNF Pirate Gold at a $116M mcap, roughly 40% off February highs while the setup has only gotten stronger. Eric Sprott holds 42% worth roughly $50M at current prices. Denis Laviolette of New Found Gold runs the show and is also Executive Chairman of Kirkland Lake Discoveries. Moosehead just returned 65.1 g/t Au over 3.25m on April 13 in the new Rib Vein discovery.
