@Ocado I HAVE GOT IN TOUCH. It's your choice of tool to receive DMs on X that is not working.
YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT. It's not the first time this has happened, and previously something was done by yourselves to receive DMs again.
*Many* SM platforms don't include BlueSky?
English

@Ocado What are you going to do then? Relying on X obviously doesn't work - this is not the first time you have "not been receiving" my DMs. Someone from your social media team looked into this last time.

@PeopleCallMeRob Hey! Sorry, we do not seem to be receiving your DM's. Could you please contact us on one of our other Social Media channels so we can get this resolved for you? 🙂

@PeopleCallMeRob Hi there, Rob. We are sorry to hear that you have been overcharged for you carrier bags and we will certainly get back to you via DM.

@Deliveroo Unable to see how to sort (e.g. by distance etc) via browser any more. What's going on? It's just a mess when unable to sort.

@marksandspencer Bananas at 18 pence each?: Disappointed that you are charging mainline railway station prices in a local (Dalston) high street branch. Still, there’s always Ridley Rd market, Aldi or Sainsbury’s 🍌
English

@marksandspencer @marksandspencer Looks like there are others who agree with my thoughts on pricing bananas individually rather than by the fairer method of weight.

Hey @marksandspencer you’ve started charging 18p per banana, rather than by weight…does this seem fair to you? ‘Cause it sure doesn’t to me, you greedy sods
English

@marksandspencer Charging for bananas by weight is the way for customers to know what they're paying for. Charging customers the same amount for a banana half the size compared to another is not fair, is a rip-off, and is the opposite to customers knowing what they are paying for
English

@marksandspencer You are charging the same price for each banana, no matter what size that individual banana is. That means a banana half the size of another costs the same.
This is why it's a rip off way of charging for bananas, rather than by weight.
M&S@marksandspencer
@PeopleCallMeRob Hi, we haven’t increased the price of our bananas. Customers have told us that they want quality, value, convenience and transparent pricing. By moving to a clear, fixed price for individual bananas - without increasing the price - customers know what they are paying for. - Chloe

@marksandspencer You could at least answer if this is a national policy now, in that way which store is my local would not be important, would it?
English

@marksandspencer It seems that within the last few days my local M&S store is charging bananas by the number rather than weight (kg). Why have you suddenly changed to the rip-off method for charging bananas? Is this a national thing?

@RMcCarthy86 £42? Surely you mean £45.45 unless you weren't charged the extra for the steak?
English

This is why travel isn't just about the destination, but about the journey.
Again, @tfwrail have knocked it out of the park with the dining offer on the 16:53 Cardiff-Manchester.
All this, on a train, for £42.
You'll not dine on food this good, for this price, anywhere else.
