@SouthernHsg_UK In case it is not clear that clanking sound happens every time the lift passes a floor. What is less audible on the video is the sound of falling debris in the lift shaft.

@SouthernHsg_UK We have already had a maintenance issue which resulted in an accident with a senior neighbour.
