There are over 5000 Cedar DAO wallets that have been active in the last 12 months. In real terms, that's a huge community, well worth saving. Let's keep the faith. We Are Cedar.

@_CedarSteve @TheMoonAndroid Karony: Guilty of stealing over $9 million from holders Shawnte: Dozens of multi-million dollar federal lawsuits, 2 active cases against her Sam: Exemplary 20 year career, zero claims, zero court appearances, late delivering Atlas.

3/3 If he got them from the founders or not, good for him I would've done the same. Get in and grab the most early on. All I care is what I invested. But now, the project is being destroyed digging what was done and approved already trying to go to the past and rewrite history

2/3 If I were a VC, would not invest in a company where the DAO, still new in many places, has too much control. Hence an independent Co. WEL. What do we care how many tokens he has, I have or anybody else.

1/3 Ransack, not shares but the monies coming in from transac of tokens and profits from AW when it comes in. About class B, we voted for it. Nobody forced us. If it was wrong, that's on us. If I were a VC, would not invest in a company where the DAO, still new in many places,
Shawnte V. Thompson@RealShawnte

And you can't "ramsack" shares where you have zero voting rights... Not a deal exists where you invest millions into a product and walk away with class B non voting shares and no seat(s) on the board... The $1.2M was just the icing on the cake. We forgetting about the hundreds of thousands of not millions before that? So many holders thought that the urgency behind the March vote and the reason for lumping 3 subjects into one vote was because the wallet would be delayed if it wasn't done this way. So taking a few days to have 3 seperate votes each wouldve taken 2/3 weeks... No wallet, no beta. No one knew that the language as written on that critical and material March vote was because our leader was sick of us degen f'kng idiots that are too stupid to make our own decisions. No one knew that he was done answering to the holders and the fudders that are holders and the fudders that are non holders and that if this was going to continue to be his moserable life that he was walking away and returning the $1.2M. He authored the March proposal all by himself (without the input of his committee) and said in the explanation section that the class B non voting shares was because it would be difficult to get VCs to invest in a product where a DAO had rights. Lie! VCs have invested with DAOs!! Many of us holders would never have been advocating and voting for the yes had we known what our guy really felt that we are dumb asses and he is tired of answering to our dumb asses and would walk away from his years long dedication and missing out on $600k a year salary for... When do you or anyone go ahead and admit that Sam is full of 💩 at least on maybe like 1 level of all the levels?? From the lack of confidence in the DAO to pulling the BS with the founder and team tokens at the 11th hour on his unsuspecting fellow committee members that really wasn't even a committee. Or how about that he owned Evergrow since the founder left. You knew that??? And you're calling me out on a fake linked in account??? With no post history and unverified etc?? Grab one of the lawsuits for crying out loud. I hope Pepe did well for you.

Let's be very clear about what Shawnte Thompson is doing in the Cedar socials. She is muting or banning anyone who dares to ask her questions about her $10s of millions of financial impropriety. She has fired moderators like @_CedarSteve, invited haters and constant fudsters in and allowed them to reign without moderation. See this image below? This is one of many examples of gross misconduct from Lee, the guy Shawnte has just put on an unauthorised salary, and who has full powers over our Telegram. Lee's job is to ensure anyone who speaks up against Shawnte is muted or banned. The perfect definition of a Judas, betraying our community for money. This is what corruption looks like. Every dollar misappropriated will need to be repaid.

Listening to this Space, this was 3 months after 11 people were elected onto an interim committee. This Space was filled with promises - talk of testing and auditing the Rewards Dashboard, talk of newsletters, updates, regular spaces. Absolute NOTHING mentioned on this space, not one thing, has been delivered, now 11 months into this interim committee. I have taken a shedload of critism for failed deliveries, and have been harassed and labelled a scammer and fraud because of it. I accept that we did not deliver what we had hoped, and I carry that burden. In the 8 months between the day the EverGrow Staking Platform was exploited and the day we launched Cedar DAO, our little team: 1) Handled the exploit, secured all assets, constantly communicated via Spaces and written updates 2) Polled the community regularly on the way forwards 3) Created a governance token and airdropped it to over 130,000 wallets. 4) Set up blockchain based polling to ensure big decisions during the transition had community support 5) Created the Future Allocation Dashboard - this was based on weeks of digging into the location of every possible EGC/LCR token, allocating to each of the 130,000 wallets. This included EGC & LCR holdings, tokens locked in Brewlabs. unclaimed rewards from Staking, tokens related to the NFT airdrops we had planned for the future, and various other sources. The Dashboard was flawless, and allowed people to see all their existing tokens from all sources and how that would translate in the future to Cedar. 6) We created a brand new crypto brand from scratch - Cedar. Logos, styling, a website etc 7) Built and fully audited a revolutionary cross-chain claimpad that operates flawlessly to this day. 8) Ran numerous community polls related to every major element of our future, despite us not being a DAO at that point, and having no obligation to do so. 9) Continued development and beta testing of Atlas. 10) Flawlessly launched Cedar with a $40,000,000 market cap and $4,000,000 LP, with 1000s of successful claims during the first few hours. This was 4 people, working across different timezones, evenings and weekends. And now they want to convince you that we never delivered anything? 6) We created a brand new crypto brand - Cedar. Logos, styling, a website etc

@CedarDAO multi-sig wallet community members. You must speak to each other and STOP all transactions requested by @RealShawnte . She no longer speaks for the community and you know it. Wasting funds and not fulfilling obligations to the community. She must step down ! !

Shawnte's latest claim is she can remain indefinitely on the committee because we never called it an interim committee... 🧐

I guess this is why she wanted to get her hand on Atlas Wallet.

Cedar DAO - Some incredibly concerning information has come to light over the past 24 hours regarding interim committee member Shawnte Thompson, President of Brigadier Construction Services. Public records indicate that both Shawnte Thompson and Brigadier Construction Services have been involved in a series of significant legal disputes spanning multiple years, including federal litigation. Notably, one case involves claims in excess of $24 million and was active during the Cedar DAO interim committee election process, yet was not disclosed at that time. Further to this, at least two additional lawsuits have been filed against Shawnte Thompson and/or Brigadier Construction Services during her tenure on the Cedar interim committee. Given the scale, duration, and timing of these matters, and the fact that this information was not disclosed to token holders during the election process, this raises serious questions around transparency. It also raises questions regarding the subsequent due diligence we were informed was carried out on elected members, and potential professional negligence in that process. The absence of this information at the point of voting calls into direct question the validity and integrity of her election to the interim committee, and deprived members of the opportunity to decide whether someone with a background involving serious financial issues was an appropriate representative for a position carrying significant powers and responsibilities. trellis.law/case/39153/cv-… trellis.law/case/39153/cv-… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dol.gov/sites/dolgov/f… govinfo.gov/app/details/US…

Seems Shawnte may not be the beacon of transparency she makes out to be. She pushes "material governance disclosures" while not providing full disclosure on her own background as President of Brigadier Construction. There are several litigations that holders should be aware of...
