And you can't "ramsack" shares where you have zero voting rights... Not a deal exists where you invest millions into a product and walk away with class B non voting shares and no seat(s) on the board... The $1.2M was just the icing on the cake. We forgetting about the hundreds of thousands of not millions before that? So many holders thought that the urgency behind the March vote and the reason for lumping 3 subjects into one vote was because the wallet would be delayed if it wasn't done this way. So taking a few days to have 3 seperate votes each wouldve taken 2/3 weeks... No wallet, no beta. No one knew that the language as written on that critical and material March vote was because our leader was sick of us degen f'kng idiots that are too stupid to make our own decisions. No one knew that he was done answering to the holders and the fudders that are holders and the fudders that are non holders and that if this was going to continue to be his moserable life that he was walking away and returning the $1.2M. He authored the March proposal all by himself (without the input of his committee) and said in the explanation section that the class B non voting shares was because it would be difficult to get VCs to invest in a product where a DAO had rights. Lie! VCs have invested with DAOs!! Many of us holders would never have been advocating and voting for the yes had we known what our guy really felt that we are dumb asses and he is tired of answering to our dumb asses and would walk away from his years long dedication and missing out on $600k a year salary for... When do you or anyone go ahead and admit that Sam is full of 💩 at least on maybe like 1 level of all the levels?? From the lack of confidence in the DAO to pulling the BS with the founder and team tokens at the 11th hour on his unsuspecting fellow committee members that really wasn't even a committee. Or how about that he owned Evergrow since the founder left. You knew that??? And you're calling me out on a fake linked in account??? With no post history and unverified etc?? Grab one of the lawsuits for crying out loud. I hope Pepe did well for you.

Wow, so look what I found, calling themselves the OWNER of CedarDAO! I guess she had it planned all along.

This is wild. This article says that Shawnte Thompson's sham company deprived the taxpayer, and legitimate veteran owned companies, of at least $57.7 million. What an utterly deplorable abuse of a scheme set up to provide genuine support for former service personel.

Cedar DAO - Some incredibly concerning information has come to light over the past 24 hours regarding interim committee member Shawnte Thompson, President of Brigadier Construction Services. Public records indicate that both Shawnte Thompson and Brigadier Construction Services have been involved in a series of significant legal disputes spanning multiple years, including federal litigation. Notably, one case involves claims in excess of $24 million and was active during the Cedar DAO interim committee election process, yet was not disclosed at that time. Further to this, at least two additional lawsuits have been filed against Shawnte Thompson and/or Brigadier Construction Services during her tenure on the Cedar interim committee. Given the scale, duration, and timing of these matters, and the fact that this information was not disclosed to token holders during the election process, this raises serious questions around transparency. It also raises questions regarding the subsequent due diligence we were informed was carried out on elected members, and potential professional negligence in that process. The absence of this information at the point of voting calls into direct question the validity and integrity of her election to the interim committee, and deprived members of the opportunity to decide whether someone with a background involving serious financial issues was an appropriate representative for a position carrying significant powers and responsibilities. trellis.law/case/39153/cv-… trellis.law/case/39153/cv-… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dockets.justia.com/docket/ohio/oh… dol.gov/sites/dolgov/f… govinfo.gov/app/details/US…
