@PepsiColaah Some have said Mam Winnie was late and wanted to greet President Mbeki, it still doesn’t justify really because that was abusive and humiliating.

FOLLOW UP: is she talking about the same Indians who are educated in a different curriculum from the rest of Kenyans? The ones who don't rent out their apartments to Africans? The ones who protested with placards saying, "IT'S SO BAD EVEN THE INDIANS ARE PROTESTING?" Those ones?

Today three business people were shot and killed while having breakfast. In broad daylight. Gunman walked in and shot them dead. The councillor in the area tells #eNCA that this has become a common occurrence in the #Joburg #CBD. There’s some indication that it could be due to turf wars. Shops are owned by different people and it could be a fight for territory. No arrests have been made so far. Some of the Councillors in the area have expressed concern even for their own safety. @eNCA #eNCA
Yusuf Abramjee@Abramjee

It appears Ethiopian businesspeople are being increasingly targeted in the Johannesburg CBD, with this latest attack adding to growing concern. The motive remains unclear at this stage, but the pattern of violence is raising questions around safety, organised crime, extortion, or business rivalry.
