@thecopperdoctor I've only tried the thermofisher express cells back a little bit ago and they worked well.

@thecopperdoctor Have you tested any of the cell free expression systems? Some of them have gotten pretty high yielding and should remove a number of the proteases.

@KingStaxy For sure I would. I'd probably stream a mixture of LoL, and science centered stuff. Like discussing science news with chat, answering their questions, helping science literacy, teaching, etc.
