I arguably made the best PvP addon in the last decade. There are now big content creators and names in the community that are becoming die hard Arena Core users that will go to war backing it. However, there’s an issue… the problem? I made an addon in a niche where there hasn’t been a new one in over 10 years, so naturally a lot of players are simply comfortable with what they’ve been using for so long. Even when something new catches their eye, it can be tough to make that switch. I totally get it, but what’s really telling is that when people finally give it a shot, like Venruki did… there’s no going back. I think that speaks volumes about my project and the work that’s gone into it. It’ll take some time, but I’m hoping more people continue to give it a chance. Give yourself the choice to authentically turn it down after you experience it, and if you don’t like it.. that’s ok too. @Robotzlol Focus frame (assuming) or target of target isn’t even the same scale. Check UI scale settings, disable all addons as well to be sure.

Going insane over this, gone through all my addon and interface settings. Can any1 tell me why the size of these two target cast bars are different across both my accounts

Super cool seeing people suggest Arena Core on my feed. Still a surreal feeling, I’m extremely humbled by this. The connections I’ve made, the friendships I’ve formed, and the continued support all because I made an addon. Don’t think I’ll ever fully process all of this.

@Herotherogue @letmebejake The Bigdam theory stands against this. Solo shuffle IS where you network and can make a name as a player without the brutal findings of LFG. (But you have to actually be high rated) My Bnet is only stacked because of solo shuffle encounters, rarely because of LFG sadly.

@letmebejake Which one has the highest 3v3 (not shuffle) experience, focus that, if you want glad dont play 9 classes, get out of solo shuffle, get into LFG and focus one class while networking, build a name as a player and on a set class then branch from there

Just for added clarity, there is WAY more issues than this lol I just listed some of them, you 100% are running into issues like everyone else at launch. Nobody is safe. Will still be hype and excitement, but there are issues that will affect every player in some regard it’s almost impossible to avoid

@PeralexIRL 90% of this doesnt affect me one bit, I am beyond excited for the early access this week, nothing comes close to expansion launches

Less than a week until midnight. > Get disconnected when you jump while in CC > Lua errors for people with no addons > Addons still clashing with basic functions & devs scrambling to fight their systems > Arena Frame addons in general fade out and non clickable (blizzard issue) > Default Arena Frames break even worse and cause in game errors. > Party frames giving errors during edit mode during certain edge cases > Some spells don’t show up in spellbook at all unless you manually search for them in order to get them to populate. i don’t understand the removal of addons when people will most likely find work around and still be able to use the same shit, i guess we will have to wait and see.

Launching on an outdated build without spellbugfixes and rotational changes for Herald Ret felt pretty jarring. Hoping we don’t stay on this patch for the next month and a half. Also the PvP UI is not there yet. Plain and simple needs work still. Hope it’s fixed for Midnight.

To clarify for all PvP players this coming Tuesday you are losing: - Omnibar / no longer track enemy CD's in any capacity. - Omnicc / no longer track party cooldowns (insanely bad for healers) - Details / THIS is worse than PvE players have it, as you can no longer see enemy healer or damage. - Bigdebuffs / No Crowd Control awareness to easily dispell / watch over your healer if you are DPS. - No DR tracking Icons you are used to over the last 20 years, in fact they are now basic icons that make little sense. - BattleGroundEnemies / No longer track enemy team in Blitz or battlegrounds - WeakAuras / literally track anything (combat) - TellMeWhen / literally track anything (combat) - GladiatorloSA / audio queues & accessibility This list doesn't include TONS of countless other addons that will no longer work properly, but stuck to more super mainstream options. This kills a lot of the depth of PvP, especially for the most popular bracket (Solo Shuffle). Will be interesting to see where this leads the next few weeks. @WarcraftDevs @Warcraft @BlizzardCS @Zorbrix please consider PvP instance API changes. <3
