HRT saved me from Hypersexuality I’ve been on hrt for 7 months now, it has significantly decreased my libido, and I think it’s one of the greatest gifts HRT does to me. When I was younger I was exposed to nsfw material, and in my teenage years I went through a hard time controlling my libido. Eventually it was so bad I couldn’t control it anymore and it started to blend into my personality. All the time all I can think about is “sex, sex, and sex” and it was terrible. This kind of thinking caused me to later choose horrible choices in life that led to me being groomed and used constantly and my entire thought of mind is that “sex is a reward, and I’d be lucky if anyone would want to have sex with me because my body is horrible” Because of that mindset, I ended up in a lot of bad situations, even after I transitioned, I still carried the same mindset of worthlessness and sexualization. On top of that, I originally planned to sell my body, mostly because at the time I found pleasure in being told my body is worth something, and also because I was incredibly broke and financially unstable (still same financially). But ultimately after I turned 18, I decided that I won’t be selling my body, but it was definitely something I was considering. After getting on HRT, my libido was suppressed incredibly, and my thoughts wasn’t controlled by my libido and hypersexualness. I realized how awful hypersexuality is, and if anything I wished that hrt removes all my libido, because hypersexuality made me make choices that have affected me irreversibly. Now that I have been taking it for 7 months, it keeps pushing me towards Asexuality, I no longer actively seek sex, and sex isn’t very active on my mind. Not only that but I actually now prefer normal physical touch over sex and sexual acts. It genuinely brings me more happiness over sex. Overly sexual things or conversations actually make me feel different about it, much more uncomfortable, and uninterested. Those plans of wanting to sell my body, I still have it on my mind because I need money and I’m unable to find a job and I feel pressured to make money due to my parents pressuring me financially. I’ve been trying to get myself to ease into it but every time I get very hesitant about trying to post myself in order to attract a certain audience that is sexual, and it’s not something I actually want to do and it makes me feel very disgusted. In fact the idea of selling my body already feels very awful and unappealing. I also stopped wanting to speak of sex towards others, and attraction to people have went into a different direction away from a sexual attraction but more of a romantic attraction. In conclusion, I really do enjoy the affects that my libido is gone now, and my brain feels more cleared and in control. The amount of sexual thoughts and conversations have decreased significantly, and I’m almost not interested at all. Honestly this feels amazing and I feel like it’s going to save me from a lot of choices I would have made if I wasn’t having these affects. I’m officially no longer hypersexual, hrt cured me. Can’t decide if I want to stay bi-sexual or go full asexual and only seek romance.
