Does anyone else remember shrinking crisp packets in the oven to make badges back in the 80s (before the packets became foil)?

THE YOUNGEST PERSON AND FIRST UNDER 18 TO RUN THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE UK🫡 £111,000 Raised for @mindcharity 1347KM Ran (837 miles) 1 car crash and 2 of the most difficult but greatest months of my life. I’m an emotional mess tonight but I just want to say, no matter how dark a place you are in. It can and WILL get better. 2 years ago I was in the darkest place in my life, 2 years later we have made history. Thank you to everyone who believed in me. I love you all very much. I’ll do a post when I’m able to process what’s just happened. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ❤️

WEEK ONE COMPLETED ❤️ Day 7 completed of running the length of the UK. 20 miles smashed out today in what I would say has been the toughest day so far. Physically I’m feeling great but certainly feeling the 6 hours of alone time in the middle of nowhere everyday. Hoping the progress of moving up the country will help the motivation a bit. Got to be real, I burst into tears in a random Devon field listening to oasis, idek myself. But as they say, it doesn’t matter how much motivation you have it’s all about the discipline and I know I won’t be going home until I reach that finish line no matter how slow or long it takes. Time for an early night and then 14-15 miles to Tiviton. Thank you for all the donations and love- mental health matters ❤️ Day: 6 Day KM: 32.2 (20 miles) Total KM: 203 (126 miles) KM to go: 1160 Total money raised for @mindcharity: £17,880 gofund.me/546f1699

What do you consider a 10/10 horror film? The Exorcist Hereditary Martyrs Bone Tomahawk The Thing Jaws Near Dark The Substance Zombies: Day Of The Dead Toxic Avenger The Beyond Day Of The Beast Have I missed any out?
Horror N Haunted@HorrorNHaunted

I personally have never given a #horror movie a 10/10. But curious. Is there a horror movie that any of you think is a perfect 10/10?

Narcissistic/psychopathic parents often ‘emotionally kidnap’ their children. That is, they create such an extreme mindset in their children against the other parent, that the children refuse to see the other parent ever again and actively misrepresent the protective parent to others. The narcissist/psychopath is able to emotionally kidnap the children by: 1. Accusing the other parent of their own nefarious deeds. For example, if the narcissist/psychopath abused the children and had affairs, the narcissist/psychopath accuses the protective parent of abuse and having affairs. 2. Creating extensive and deeply undermining false narrative which undermines the other parent’s legitimacy. 3. Systematically replacing the child’s good memories of the protective parent with experiences in the same locations with themselves. 4. Subtly demeaning the protective parent to the children. 5. Bribes and incentives. 6. Focusing a huge amount of attention on the child and then subtly pulling that away if the child shows any positive feelings towards the protective parent. 7. Manipulating others to talk and negatively about the protective parent to the children. 8. Intimidation and threats. 9. Talking themselves up to the children. Self promotion. Organising to receive awards and then ensuring the children are there to see that. 10. Organising the cessation of the children’s relationships with all friends and relatives of the protective parent unless they can be manipulated. 11. Taking the children to mental health professionals who have been manipulated by the narcissist/psychopath. 12. Orchestrating extreme acts to make the children more dependent on them such as ‘accidentally’ leaving tablets out for a suicidal child (not enough to kill them but enough to get them into hospital) so the child relies more heavily on the narcissist/psychopath and sees them as their saviour.

ULTRA MARATHON COMPLETED ❤️ Over the last 24 hours i have battled sickness, injury and fatigue but it means the world to say that i have officially ran a 60KM ultramarathon. When I began running a mile a day in April, never did imagine that a day like today would ever be possible. It got tough at many points during the night/ morning but the thought of still being here and battling was a huge reason to keep going. Mental health is no joke, no matter what people say- every day we keep talking and spreading awareness. It can and will get better ❤️
