@arakkosuperstar Not what she said at all. She said the security definitely didn’t work for the hotel. Meaning it was Chappells security and therefore ultimately her responsibility. And she cannot 100% confirm if Chappell gave the order or not but would prefer to think she didn’t.
English

for people who don’t want to watch, she basically spends 6 minutes recounting exactly what her husband said, admits that chappell probably didn’t see her daughter, and basically doesn’t believe that the guy didn’t work for her and thinks she should watch her staff more

Catherine Harding, the mother of the 11-year-old girl who was confronted by Chappell Roan’s security guard, shares her side of the story.
English

@torturedcarlos She just confirmed Chappell lied be serious she said “the security wasn’t the hotels” which makes sense because of the original statement included the threat of complaining about them to the hotel. So it’s Chappell’s security and her responsibility.
English

Chappell literally said that the security guard was not hers but she is still blaming her, like girl move on

@TimiTV4 @cravedcuddle Because 1. The pain of childbirth is distorted in memory the body literally will not allow you to remember exactly how painful it is because it would prevent human reproduction and 2. There is no benefit to 1 of these things and there is a perceived benefit to the other
English

@cravedcuddle Think about it, if childbirth is more painful, why do women say, "Let's have another baby." You never hear a guy say, "Kick me in the nuts again"
English

@keIinasyle @PopBase She doesn’t need five minutes of fame babe and neither does her husband are you stupid?
English

@PopBase once again we stand with chappell. this woman is dragging her kid’s name through the mud for her 5 mins of fame. it’s shameful

@HSTemile @AstroRabby @PalmyrPar No. Clouds form from evaporated water all kinds not just salt. Puddles become rain again, lacks, streams, ponds etc, etc, etc. however that does mean that water is not an infinite resource there is a finite amount now do i think we’d ever burn through it all no. But it is finite
English

@samlereye @colinkord3i I still stand by the fact she doesn’t handle fame well at all. I still stand by the fact that this action wouldn’t have been out of character, however clearly there was also some confusion amongst who the security actually belonged to.
English

@Confuzion434 @trentking68152 @calebmora13x @ItsMikeTee Worse than every Taylor Swift album. Even the worst of hers is better than the best of his and always will be.
English

@samlereye @colinkord3i discernment because the likelihood of security going out their way to even talk to a child let alone reduce her to tears without Chappell giving the instruction is well tiny. Not impossible. I just don’t think she’s suited to public life and that’s fine, if you don’t have it
English

@Person60000000 @colinkord3i ok shes still learning humans make mistakes taylors made a lot of pr errors but its ok we keep it moving im gna stay defending her bc ppl r blowing this waaayyy out of proportion nd making up stuff cuz it never even said chappel told the security to do that
English

@samlereye @colinkord3i This was an 11 year old fan. Not the paps. Last week was the paps but her reaction was counterproductive. I mean we’ve got plenty of A+++ celebs who are only seen when they want to be. Chappell could be doing the same. She actively choses not to then complains about it.
English

@Person60000000 @colinkord3i I mean she clearly loves what she does and is great at it but idk i dont think its that huge of an ask to ask ppl to respect boundaries ..? she can b famous and want respect ykwim plus idk why ppl suddenly feeling bad for paps like they rnt literally vultures
English

@samlereye @colinkord3i And that doesn’t negate that it’s okay to not handle fame well but like if you can’t handle it remove yourself from the situation that is constantly making you go on massive rants about how miserable you are and making you look bad? Like you rlly can’t have it both ways
English

@Person60000000 @colinkord3i She doesnt handle fame well and thats ok we should offer her some more grace shes one of the only loud and proud queer ppl in pop so lets just sit it out ppl can make mistakes
English

@samlereye @colinkord3i Baby I can hold men to account while also thinking Chappell was probably rude. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. The other thing is, I don’t think Chappell is inherently evil or a bad person I just don’t think she handles fame well at all
English

@Person60000000 @colinkord3i Ok whatever im gonna continue to ignore this hatetrain until they begin holding men to the same standard!!!! this is so minor compared to the actions of men and as a swiftie u should know ab that more than anyone
English

@colinkord3i i feel like … the footballer potentionally like did too much tryna a pic and then security got involved and using his daughter to garner hate for chappel bc hes mad and petty
English

We were excited for JUST Tiffany, not this
Ezzy@ezzyskii
Who was excited to see Tiffany Haddish and Taylor Swift host #SNL together??
English

@alosingtoday @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal Notice how I also said they are remarkably similar and they absolutely are a prime example of this in the modern era, would be the fact that the song “seven” quite literally was performed as a poem rather than as a song. The translation was seamless ask yourself why that is.
English

@Person60000000 @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal ok and I studied literature and it’s literally not the same thing. go cry somewhere else
English

@alosingtoday @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal So what I did qualifies me more. Go stop wasting oxygen. You looked at metaphors and classic. I studied the actual usages of words and how their form changes their usage above your pay grade by a long shot loser.
English

@alosingtoday @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal You can literally take the lyrics to a song and make a poem so easily. I studied semiotics and discourse analysis babe arguing with me about the usage of words is a bad idea.
English

@Person60000000 @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal swifties are so stupid i swear to god, they are literally two different professions stop being so dumb and biased. open the schools
English

@waterybeanz @Haoshoku No they aren’t. My Christ. Dawn of time. As in human time. Can you really not fathom that time is number 1 a human concept and number 2 context matters in what the start of “time” is considered to be?
English

@Haoshoku I know this is kinda unrelated, but I really don’t like it when people use “the dawn of time” like that. Do they not understand what that means? They’re essentially implying that we’ve been eating meat since the Big Bang.
English

@alosingtoday @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal Words are words babe. The only difference between lyrics and poems are the method they are delivered in. I hate to break that to you. But clearly you have to have it dumbed down
English

@alosingtoday @dixon_laur83367 @legocereal Not really the two are remarkable similar. Remove the music from a song and take the lyrics and what do you have? A poem
English

@dixon_laur83367 @legocereal how is that related to poetry when it’s 2 different occupations
English
