PTI is not the only anti-army entity, they’ve just gone to a dangerous extreme no one else has before. We have PTM, BYC, etc also mainstreaming these narratives in some areas-leading protests on the ground shitting on even junior army officers. Urban liberals are v anti army. Even pro-PPP accounts on here go full anti-army mode when they need to push a certain narrative for themselves. Lawyers / bar associations openly have relatively large protests calling the army terrorists.
And being anti-army is not the only issue I listed. It is one of many that continue to remain unaddressed. Something that may rly help Pak is new provinces—yet PPP, who is in the ruling coalition, is one of the strongest voices against that. We can’t even make basic administrative changes w/out selfish elites causing a ruckus.
It doesn’t take much for conditions to forment that can make the above get even more out of control. It doesn’t happen all at once. The situation in East Pak led to Bengalis in Pak Army defecting to the “rebels”(ie Zia ur Rehman). And that was before it even became a full blown civil war. Similar things have occurred in Syria, Libya.

Lol check out this wishful thinking. Pakistan aint going anywhere, nor is Pakistan Army. People have always had differences with the armed forces and they will continue to have them, but no one "hates" the army except for a brainwashed cult that is slowly decreasing day by day.

Tbh, I don’t think Pakistan will remain in one piece for more than another 10-15 yrs. A country that hates its army this much, has deep ethnic divisions, sectarian strife, incompetent & inhumane governance, regionalist politics, rising terrorism, zero narrative control, & a shit economy is destined to crack. There’s no concept of national unity unless India is attacking us. Best case scenario, maybe we stay in one piece but face 2 more decades of severe violence & instability.

@Peshozai @mattyglesias There were two periods, one was greko-bactrian centered around Afg & CA and for decades did not include the indic lands of Pak,(east pak) and later the empire expanded & became “indo-greek” when it conquered india, and it was centered around KPK/ghandara.

In past 15 yrs Pakistan received 33 billion dollars from USA for so-called war on terror in Pakhtunkhwa. If we convert it to PKR its 92 Kharab rupees (9.2 trillion). While there's no proper Hospital for our people and injured are brought in Rikshaws. 💔

The Indo-Greek Kingdom was centered more heavily in present-day Afghanistan than Pakistan. Alexander major settlements were in Afghanistan cities like kandahar, herat, bagram he even married bactrian women in here. This map you posted show its more in Afghanistan than Pakistan.
