Any other @virginmedia users struggling to log on to sky sports via pc? Sign in but it just then tells me to log in. Again. And repeat. Forum on virgin site suggests others are getting the same thing. Tried 3 browsers. No joy.

@virginmedia Hi. Yes I am. It works on my VM. This is not a fault specific to me as you will see from this thread or by searching your community page and searching for the topic 'log in to sky sports failing'. Your team have acknowledged a fault on the community forum but not fixed it.

@Peteleverett72 Can you confirm you are using the same my VM login credentials? Do you have the same issues with my VM?

@virginmedia Thank you for reply. We are all experiencing similar issues. Multiple browsers don't work. Doesn't work on my pc or others from their comments. Last log in on Friday evening. Definitely been down since sat morning for all those who have commented.

@Peteleverett72 This is certainly not ideal. Can you let us know how long this issue has been ongoing? Does this occur in multiple browsers and devices? When last were you able to successfully log in?

@Peteleverett72 @virginmedia Yes me too, second day same problem on Windows 10 and 11, works ok on android. Have tried every workround, with no success. Think both Virgin and Sky are aware.

@virginmedia It's the same. Log in then it takes me back to home page but I'm not logged in. I believe it is the same for many @virginmedia users from the comments on here and also your community page.

@virginmedia Thanks again. Yes, sadly I suspect that they are gone but I will check again via Gmail.

@Peteleverett72 Is there anything available in archive folder at all? If there's no emails in any folders then it seems they've been deleted permanently and would be unretrievable unless your emails were received to a Gmail service, were it maybe possible through gmail's restore data feature.

@virginmedia I have lost all my emails from my inbox. I emptied my trash folder (I didn't put all my inbox in the trash by the way) and now my inbox is empty apart from some random emails from a long time ago. Please help.

@virginmedia Sadly, no. The trash folder is empty irrespective of which way I access the mail. Both devices are android.

@Peteleverett72 Do you have anything at all in your deleted folder in either your app or through your online account at all? What OS are you devices? Apple or Android?

@virginmedia Hello. When I emptied the trash I was on an app on either my phone or tablet. Sorry I can't remember which. I was a bit freaked out by the fact my inbox disappeared despite not selecting that to be deleted.

@Peteleverett72 In what platform did you move to delete the trash? Was this on a mail app or through your My Virgin Media online account?

@Peteleverett72 When you say you access via the web, is this through our webmail through your Virgin Media account, or through a 3rd party like outlook/gmail over the browser?
