Any other @virginmedia users struggling to log on to sky sports via pc? Sign in but it just then tells me to log in. Again. And repeat. Forum on virgin site suggests others are getting the same thing. Tried 3 browsers. No joy.

@virginmedia Hi. Yes I am. It works on my VM. This is not a fault specific to me as you will see from this thread or by searching your community page and searching for the topic 'log in to sky sports failing'. Your team have acknowledged a fault on the community forum but not fixed it.

@virginmedia Thank you for reply. We are all experiencing similar issues. Multiple browsers don't work. Doesn't work on my pc or others from their comments. Last log in on Friday evening. Definitely been down since sat morning for all those who have commented.

@Peteleverett72 @virginmedia Yes me too, second day same problem on Windows 10 and 11, works ok on android. Have tried every workround, with no success. Think both Virgin and Sky are aware.

@Peteleverett72 Is there anything available in archive folder at all? If there's no emails in any folders then it seems they've been deleted permanently and would be unretrievable unless your emails were received to a Gmail service, were it maybe possible through gmail's restore data feature.

@virginmedia I have lost all my emails from my inbox. I emptied my trash folder (I didn't put all my inbox in the trash by the way) and now my inbox is empty apart from some random emails from a long time ago. Please help.

@virginmedia Sadly, no. The trash folder is empty irrespective of which way I access the mail. Both devices are android.

@virginmedia Hello. When I emptied the trash I was on an app on either my phone or tablet. Sorry I can't remember which. I was a bit freaked out by the fact my inbox disappeared despite not selecting that to be deleted.
