In Alberta a single judge has just basically tossed out the separatist petition of over 300,000 signatures. Danelle Smith says that they will be appealing it as she believes there has been “an error in law” and it’s anti-democratic. This is going to get ugly.

Danielle Smith must use her authority, listen to Albertans, and let the people vote.
