@neild1962 I think you call this kind of excess reddish brown pigmentation erythrism. Like melanism but lighter. Usually a pretty rare phenomenon in any creature.

Is this a melanistic Temminck's Stint or is the remarkable plumage down to something else? I've never seen one looking like this before and have posted what are much closer to normal plumaged birds for comparison. Both shots taken at Alkyes Wetland, Lesvos, late pm 11th May 2026

IMHO @ShaneGreenhall of @ThoseDamnCrows has the best rock voice in the UK right now. Seen him live at least a dozen times. Never misses a note, no loss of power, even if he's ill. His control of tone and his dynamic range are incredible. Running through the catalogue ... 😎🤘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Tonight, in Glasgow, I saw @OliBrownMusic put on one of the best live performances I've ever seen. Seriously, it was THAT good! Epic songs, crystal clear sound, superb light show, and incredible musicianship. Blown away! 🤯🤘

In the 80's I was very much a metalhead. Then, a friend put on 'Document' by REM and I realised guitar music didn't always have to be metal to be brilliant. Been a while since I listened to it, but it's a bona fide, classic album. Still love it! 😎🤘
