Heading towards the end of the #mark320 challenge, I’ve been reflecting on my efforts. Not going to lie I’m really proud of myself, I kept motivated, pushed myself, I’m more physically and mentally stronger and I achieved my goal, a lot more deso driving for me in the future :)

Almost every day at the gym for the past week 1/2. Took a break over the weekend but went on a lovely walk with @CaseyDarling4 instead! Behaviour change keeps on keeping on. #MARK320

Last week I managed to cut out Netflix 3/5 weekdays and was able to have more time for reading and exercising, good start so far 💪🏼
