@HelenGolder That’s exactly what I am going to do, but got to do the 30 day wait and in the meanwhile pay the £1800 on the cc statement. But what it does prove they acting fraudulently by taking the order.

@PeterDoel3 No, I could never get any response from them, they just ignore all messages snd you can’t call them either. I ended up asking my credit card co to help me! Finally had my £700 back! Good luck 🤞

@HelenGolder did you get a refund from powerdirect? I placed an order in feb and now I find out they wont respond to emails/tweets etc

@PeterDoel3 Hi, I got my money back via the credit card company, power direct never refunded or replied to my numerous emails! Credit card company were very good, just had to fill in a form and attach the automated refund email from power direct.
