@MainlineMen rubbish customer service. Ordered wrong size due to incorrect website information, so ordered correct size. Sent back first one and they are refusing a refund due to apparently smelling of aftershave, however item was never removed from packaging or worn!! Don’t use!

@PeterDoel3 Hi, I got my money back via the credit card company, power direct never refunded or replied to my numerous emails! Credit card company were very good, just had to fill in a form and attach the automated refund email from power direct.

@Angie31256119 @errmm @PowerDirectUK The only way to get your money back appears to be contacting your credit card company fit a chargeback. They don’t respond to emails at all apart from sending auto reply’s. They are still active as have started their fake 5 star reviews on trust pilot again!

@errmm @PowerDirectUK @PhilipDKent Thank you for this post. I’m having problems contacting this company regarding my order. They took my money quick enough and now no goods cannot call by phone as no employers answering the phone apparently all staff working from home ??? No reply from emails

@sarahleahair @PowerDirectUK Hi Sarah, no further forward, I don’t think they have any intention of refunding. Best to complain to the credit card company and initiate a chargeback

@PowerDirectUK @PhilipDKent Did you get anywhere with your refund? Seems the company have closed down their email addresses. There are hundreds of people chasing this company for undelivered items. I've reported them to Trading Standards.

@ctriptree @PowerDirectUK Unsurprisingly, no further forward. Love to take your money straight away, but don’t like giving goods or money back. Just look at trustpilot reviews, lots of people are having the same problem. Love the fake positive reviews on there too!

@VodafoneUK Hi Ray, I was trying to get in contact with our account manager to talk about 25 connections renewal as our contract is coming to an end. He doesn't answer emails and I had tried the 191 number every day at various times.I have just made contact via webchat and awaiting call back

What has happened to Vodafone... I have tried calling 191 every day now for two weeks, on hold for over half hour with no answer. Fed up today I am at 70 minuted holding. Account manager is not answering my emails either... TIme to change companies I think!!! @VodafoneUK
