@frontastic I wasn't a fan when I saw it in the cinema but actually found it much better the second time round.... I initially felt it was too emotionally void, but found it much more subtlety pitched on another viewing. The second half is the payoff and I thought it plays out great.

@PeterH_Morris The score was good alright. The film kind of lost me in the second half. Guess it's hard to build tension around one of the most well documented events in human history haha

Interesting stats and not underplaying Covid. Just stats. Portugal's tragically reached 3,000 Covid deaths over 8 months which is terrible. In much shorter flu season though, more passed away in "mild 18/19". Meanwhile number of flu deaths in 17/18 was 4,467, and 14/15 was 5,591.
