Yooo in case anybody was wondering what these buffs mean Sin is getting a 0.8% ST buff, and like a 3% Dungeon buff, it's like maybe a 1.5% buff in raid cleave. Outlaw is getting a 3% ST buff, but then getting a BF nerf..? cuz apparently it's too strong to just get a flat buff?
