I eventually managed to get through to parcelforce and they gave me a delivery time. Although I am not confident that they will be able to deliver at all never mind between the times claimed but fingers crossed.

@parcelforce are providing an apalling service at present. I have a parcel from Costco that should have arrived exactly 1 week ago today. They claim to have made 2 attempts to deliver but so far no joy. We have been in and the door camera shows that no one appeared.
