If someone doesnt respect your boundaries on payment methods they arent worth it. I never accept anything other my main platforms anymore because of people trying to charge back after the fun ends. I always feel so sketched out if someone fights me on this.

Just got off a call with a childhood friend His wife has cancer, it took 5 months to wipe out 20 years of his life savings and that was with insurance. He said the experience has turned him into a hateful, bitter person. They did everything they were told. They went to college, got degrees, avoided credit card debt, spent wisely, saved a nice chunk of money in savings accounts and retirement accounts and minded their own business. The USA healthcare system took all of their savings and retirement and forced them to refinance their house so that they lost 15 years of equity. Is this a country we are supposed to be proud of? I hate this system and anyone that defends it.

Made it. Just! On the train from Guildford to Waterloo. Then I have to ride the tube a few stops and I’ll be at my hotel. Nice.

Well, I’m 20minutes away from Guildford, the halfway point and the original train has been properly cancelled so getting on the bus was the right thing to do! Hope I can get another train the rest of the way 🫣

Oh my days. Train delayed, screen says next one in half an hour. Ok fine. Staff member shouts across asks where I’m going, I say London he says there a bus replacement that stops half way, it’s my only option. Then I get another train from there 🤷‍♂️Fingers crossed!
