Long story short: I think there is still early season skepticism on the results from a fans perspective. But I also think the organization is doing a lousy job building excitement and giving the city things to interact with and get excited about.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday, and I think the Penguins right now have a far bigger problem than attendance. It's a lack of visibility within the Pittsburgh sports landscape. Let me explain what I mean.
