@PschorrSimon Das habe ich aus der Entgeltordnung rausgelesen. Und ja, der Fall ist komplex, Wechsel zwischen Bundesländern, nach der Elternzeit, im Mutterschutz lief der WiMi Vertrag aus...

@PhD_mami Wechselt man beim selben Arbeitgeber (also Bundesland), so sind die Vorbeschäftigungszeiten umfassend anzuerkennen. Dies gilt auch bei kurzen Unterbrechungen. Wechselt man bundeslandübergreifend, kann dies anders sein.

@PhD_mami @AmreiBahr War bei einer Kollegin nicht so, Stufen wurden mitgenommen. Vor allem völlig unsinnig, wenn du (wahrscheinlich eh) auf einem WissMit Vertrag bist.

@jenniferhenkeHB Ich habe eine PostDoc Stelle in Italien gesehen, da wird in der Ausschreibung das Punkteschema für die Bewertung der Bewerber mitveröffentlicht. Ja sowas! Wo bleibt denn da der Überraschungseffekt?
