Mathothomela: A Victim or a Villain? 🧐🍿
Listen, if you don’t know Marumo Magane, you’d almost feel sorry for him. He’s out here spinning a real sob story at the Madlanga Commission about how General Khan and Kadwa treated him like a common criminal. No food, no water, calling them “police tsotsis”—the works!
He kept repeating how General Mkhwanazi found Khan “Not Guilty,” waiting for the Commissioners to gasp in shock… kanti haikhona! They just looked at him and said “Please continue.” Absolute silence! 😅💀
General Khan and Kadwa were 100% right to cuff him. The man was way out of his jurisdiction, messing with a massive drug scene without gloves, and—wait for it—loading 750kg of cocaine into his own bakkie!
My theory? Khan and Kadwa were fuming because this fool beat them to their own game. They didn’t want anyone there, but here comes Marumo with Mashaba from Traffic in tow. He wanted to tsipa half the stash and report the rest to look like a hero. He knew exactly what was in those bags before they were even opened!
He’s not a victim; he’s a player whose game got intercepted. ✌️🇿🇦

Warrant Officer Marumo Magane has admitted that he “stuffed up” the 2021 multi-million rand Aeroton drug bust scene.
Magane and other officers were criminally charged following the incident, but the charges were later provisionally withdrawn.
In 2025, a decision was taken by the NPA to reinstate the criminal charges, although this has not yet happened.
An SAPS disciplinary process cleared the implicated officers, finding them not guilty.
General Feroz Khan who was also charged internally by the police was found not guilty last year.
BREAKING: The SAPS has confirmed that Health Minister, Aaron Motsoaledi’s official vehicle was involved in an accident in which two pedestrians - a mother & her baby were killed.
It’s understood the woman & her two children were trying to cross the N1 near Bela Bela on Saturday when the accident happened. They were trying to get to the scene of a separate accident in which the woman’s husband was also killed.
The Minister was in the car at the time of the accident.

I suspect with some of these witnesses, during tea time, Justice Madlanga just tells fellow Commissioners that "listen, we need to make immediate referral to the PKTT to see how far they are with this one's investigation. He must be arrested." 😏 ARREST HIM!!! 😭

That Tyma on the Madlanga Commission was asked how he could give someone R3 million without any written contract and his response was “I’m from Mamelodi”
😭😭yerrr

BREAKING NEWS | ONE OF THE MISSING ZEBEDIELA SIBLINGS FOUND DEAD, THE OTHER STILL MISSING
GA - RAKGOATHA : Zebediela residents went to bed on Thursday night, May 7, with heavy hearts after the search campaign for the missing Ramollo siblings ended in tragedy.
This follows reports that one of the siblings, wheelchair-bound Anna Makhukhu Ramollo, was allegedly found dead on Thursday afternoon, according to the latest information received.
The whereabouts of her 24-year-old brother, Nakedi Ramollo, however, remain unknown.
The two siblings were reported missing on May 1. According to police reports, Nakedi allegedly asked their 58-year-old mother for money to buy snacks. When she returned with the money, both Nakedi and Anna had already left the house.
The incident occurred at Ga-Rakgoatha Extension 73 in Zebediela.
Police investigations are continuing, while community members and family members remain hopeful that Nakedi will still be found
alive.
Earlier after they went missing, some of the community members reported seeing Nakedi pushing his sister in a wheelchair in the direction of Bergneck village.
An intensive search operation involving community members, the Polokwane Mounted Search and Rescue Unit, and the Polokwane K9 Unit was conducted, but no breakthrough was made.
The search campaign took a dramatic turn in the early hours of Tuesday, May 5, when angry residents barricaded the R518 and R519 roads at Mathibela village and Bergneck using burning tyres.
The protest disrupted traffic, blocking cars, scholar transport, taxis, and buses ferrying commuters and pupils to and from Polokwane.
According to one of the search campaign members, the protest action was aimed at drawing the attention of Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba and Provincial Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe to intervene in the matter, although no positive results were achieved at the time.
Police investigations continue...

In 2025, Sabastian Sawe asked the AIU to test him as frequently as possible.
He underwent 25 tests in the build-up to the Berlin Marathon, blood and urine, around 2–3 times per week, including days where he was tested twice.
He maintained that same approach into 2026.
Now, he has broken the Marathon World Record, clocking 1:59:30 in London.
Officially the first man to go sub-2 in the marathon.
