@Sheridanblog JK would fit. Him as a 2, gui as the 3, dray as a 4 and Al as 5. The only thing stoppinh this lineup is Kerr and his obsession with small lineups. JK would overpowered the 2. Leading to double team when he post up. JK knows the system but never given the freedom like podz.

Does anyone think Kuminga could have done what Gui Santos did in the starting lineup in the play-in game as a supportive piece to Steph Curry while playing two-way basketball and plugging in at SF/PF? Without that JK trade, we never see this version of Santos due to politics

I can understand both sides of the argument wrt to Shai’s foul drawing. It absolutely is a skill (especially when trying to sell contact). I also don’t blame people for not liking watching it, that’s valid. I’ve just watched too many instances of other players trying to draw fouls and looking silly in the process (*cough* Draymond *cough*) to think that it’s not a valid skill.

Steve Kerr is entering the final season of his own contract. He’s comfortable with that and has always felt tied to the end of the Steph Curry era. “At this point, I’m year to year. I love my job. It’s so much fun.”

Kuminga is only 22 years of age and didn't go through the "typical" AAU experience of playing organized basketball year-round at a young age. He came onto a team that had multiple future hall of famer's whose strengths didn't always mesh with his skill set. He has a long NBA career ahead of him but it's important to understand where he is his basketball journey.
