The premise to your question is flawed. This is why you remain confused. How do you expect someone to answer your confusion with logic within those parameters?
You have a warrior’s mindset and it has served you well for what you do. It is different than one of a soldier. How you understand this difference is very important. A warrior’s views are more linear, self centered and geared for immediate gratification.
You set yourself up to never accept any answer that doesn’t align with what you perceive as facts. You look at Iran as being the final boss in the grand scheme of things and you choose not to include recent actions both diplomatic and violent in Venezuela, Panama, Cuba and the rest of our hemisphere.
Answer to your question: It is China that we are fighting using asymmetrical warfare. War is not a sanctioned UFC fight. Just because you don’t want to dominate a country, it doesn’t mean that a country is not trying to dominate you.
War costs money. The citizenry has always covered the cost of war since the dawn of time. That is a fact of life.
Your concerns about Russia and the Middle Eastern countries are immaterial and inaccurate. They are fringe and nothing more.

@CountDraculaDB Raul Julia made that role impossible for anyone else to play.

@SStricklandMMA It takes a lot of courage to volunteer to be the face of an ideology as bold as America First. You have to be able to take a lot of heat for a fuck up and continue moving forward. Trump is doing very well overall.

@BreitbartNews Vigilantism is free and produces results way faster than the government.

@KO_Sequence I would have had my ass beaten even more if I was flopping around like that.

@Pharaoh_Cleetus @codeofvets @catturd2 First of all, there’s no guarantee he’s going to be an E anything at the end of this. so I don’t know about a guarantee. and I know a first sergeant don’t guarantee that stuff. The best they can do is maybe get you some Money from the Marine Corps community chest

@catturd2 I hope they let a White gang use his bussy to barter prison hooch.

@RealJamesWoods Trump should deport 10,000 illegal hispanic families and named the operation after her.

Yeah, we’re going to buy more guns.

Ana Navarro is SICK: “…maybe now that they have felt the fear themselves they will do something on gun reform!” What a disgusting individual.

Just so you know, double jeopardy is practiced by the military. That means if the Marine gets in trouble with civilian law, they can also be punished by the Marine Corps for that same crime.
This Marine is best off looking locally for an attorney and arrange payment. Their First Sergeant would probably be their only salvation at this point. The First Sergeant could possibly give a guarentee to an attorney by having the Marine set up a montly payment deducted from his check similar to a garnishment.
E-3’s earn below the poverty line. A public defender is all they get if they do not have friends or family to help financially. Cheap attorneys generally do more bad than good.

John Kiriakou has previously said that he is deeply in debt. The US government is deeply suspicious of people that are financially insecure when it comes to trusting them with certain secret information because they are easier for bad actors to bribe. This is a very smart thing to do.
This practice also works in the civilian world as one of many ways to judge the intentions of another person.

@ScottforFlorida @TimRunsHisMouth It should be legal to hunt down and use lethal force to protect yourself from someone that is calling for your death. This could revive dueling. 👍🏻

America will not be lectured about civility by far right extremists in Congress.
Particularly those who provide aid and comfort to hundreds of violent rioters who brutally beat police officers on January 6.
There will be ample time to vigorously debate the issues of the day.
Now is a time to unify.

@OGsDontFold No. That looks fake. However, you would see something similar in raw pork as a result of antibiotics being given to the animal too close to slaughter.
