Let me translate what @Ripple’s GC is tactfully saying: In the 2 years that Ripple has defended itself 🆚 the @SECGov’s massive overreach, with so much on the line, the Ripple Team maintained a faithful allegiance to the law - something the Judge herself said, the SEC lacked.

@SenWarren @SECGov FTX.com was an offshore exchange not regulated by the SEC. The problem is that the SEC failed to create regulatory clarity here in the US, so many American investors (and 95% of trading activity) went offshore. Punishing US companies for this makes no sense.
