@drtalieybita Some clients are just naturally rude people 🤗some starting from a 100 instead of explaining issue but insults and saying do know who Iam?as professional am to be composed how do u support?

Have you ever walked away from a difficult customer interaction feeling completely depleted?
It’s easy to let someone else’s frustration dictate your emotional state, especially when they come in intense, loud and already at a 10. As business owners and professionals, our instinct can be to defend or justify.
Key to remember is that escalation rarely produces resolution.
Emotional regulation is a leadership skill. The ability to stay composed when someone else isn’t protects the relationship and the brand.
One practical approach I often recommend is simple: pause.
Before responding, create a brief moment to reset. This allows you to separate emotion from the issue
In heated moments, your primary responsibility is not to win the exchange. It’s to solve the problem.
