Building a second brain for your lead gen agency/SMMA has never been easier. But most agency owners don't have the time to learn Obsidian + claude code or validate it's even worth their time. So I put my team to work for you. 196 pages built to help you install, set up, and start using Obsidian to run your agency with claude code powering it behind the scenes. Inside you'll find: → The 5-folder vault structure that scales (plus the CLAUDE.md file that turns Claude into a collaborator who's been reading your notes for months) → 29 ready-to-paste plays for daily ops, content, sales calls, client delivery, and strategic thinking → The 30-day rollout plan Comment brain and I'll send it. Must be following for the auto DM to send.

I built 100 Claude prompts that replace a $5K/mo agency. And I'm giving it away for free: Most people use Claude to write posts. That's 10% of the game. This system replaces the entire stack: Strategist → positioning, ICP, offer Copywriter → hooks, posts, restructuring SDR → DMs, qualification, follow-up Growth marketer → engagement, distribution Sales coach → objections, closing, pricing 5 more roles. Each prompt does one job. Together, they run the entire inbound engine. Just the prompts B2B founders actually use to fire their agency and replace cold outreach. If you want it: 1. Connect with me (Oscar Hoole) 2. Comment "Claude" 3. Repost if you want priority access ♻️ And I'll send you the full pack.

Every brand should know where they stand vs their top competitors and the top alternatives. I look at 5 things: positioning, reviews, testimonials, ads + organic, landing pages/funnels. You walk away knowing what to lean into. Comment "COMPETITOR" and I'll send my Competitor Analysis Prompt to plug into Claude Cowork.

@kai_cabero In person events are valuable to make personal connections. While you’re on your couch scraping attendee lists, those people are having human conversations with other attendees and growing their network

There is nothing funnier to me than watching a company drop $20,000 to set up a booth at a conference in vegas... Your competitors are buying flights + paying for hotels & standing on their feet for three days just to scan QR codes from people who will never buy their software Meanwhile I stay on my couch and steal all 3,000 attendees for absolutely free The traditional conference model is a complete scam because the organizers LITERALLY publish the entire attendee directory on the public event app so people can network They put the names and job titles of 3,000 cash-heavy buyers in a public database for anyone to take Here is exactly how you can execute this tomorrow Register for a free virtual pass to any major industry summit & open the event app on your desktop... run the directory through AI-Ark It scrapes the entire list + finds their verified direct emails in minutes You now have the exact contact info for thousands of executives actively walking around a convention center looking to spend money... Load that list into Hey Reach and message them while the keynote speaker is still on stage "Hey [name], saw you're at the Vegas summit right now. I actually install the exact outbound systems all these sponsors are trying to sell you, but without the insane retainers. Open to a quick breakdown before you fly home?" They are overwhelmed by desperate salespeople on the convention floor & you just offered them a frictionless escape route directly to their inbox We did this on tuesday during a major saas conference 3,200 scraped = 55 booked calls = 12 closed deals $144,000 in collected cash without ever leaving the house Dm 'siphon' if you want to copy this exact system & siphon thousands of warm leads a month directly from your competition

I was the first person to popularize the "lead magnet" on LinkedIn. Nobody really knows this about me But back in 2022, The first lead magnet I shipped on LinkedIn got a couple thousand comments. This was BEFORE lead magnets had a name. The feed was in a desperate state and nothing was working for anyone. Then, I posted my first "comment for X" on a Wednesday afternoon. In the next 48 hours... I watched the comment section go from zero to 4 digits. My stomach dropped. I had just rebuilt my entire business around something that didn't have a name yet. The next twelve months I distributed roughly 21,000 of those magnets via email. Built an email list I'd never had before. Built a calendar full of qualified inbound for the first time in two years. The lesson nobody tells you about timing the market: it doesn't feel like timing the market. Feels like you noticed something obvious.

NEVER cold outreach again. This free LinkedIn playbook replaces $10k/month ads. Most founders struggle with lead generation: - Sending 100 DMs a day for 2 replies - Burning $10k on ads with terrible ROI - Posting daily with zero inbound calls I just packaged the EXACT playbook I used to generate $5M in inbound revenue. The system is stupid simple: → Set up your profile to convert (not just impress) → Book calls automatically from every post → Turn lurkers into buyers with warm DMs → Launch lead magnets that book 5+ meetings daily → Triple your engagement without the algorithm games I used this to build and sell a 7-figure agency in 2 years. The best part? Everything's automated. Your content works while you sleep. Calls book themselves. DMs convert on autopilot. I've included everything in the playbook: → Profile optimization checklist (15 minutes to 3x conversions) → My exact call-booking post templates → DM scripts that close without being salesy → Lead magnet swipe file (these got me 3,722 comments) → Content formulas for 300% more engagement → Real examples from my $5M journey Want the playbook? 1. Follow me 2. Comment "INBOUND" below I'll send it straight to your DMs. P.S. We must be connected or LinkedIn blocks the message. ♻️ P.P.S. Repost this and I'll also send you my $5M Post Database with every template that actually converted to revenue.

After shipping 250+ apps and making $3M+ with AI, I built a course for @lovable apps—and I'm giving it away. In the past two years, we cracked the code to building apps with AI. Refining our process as the tools got better. I've distilled everything into this single document. Comment "Build" and drop a follow. I'll DM it to you. P.S. I just built a Claude Code agentic OS that runs your entire GTM operation from a single terminal session every week. Feed it your CLAUDE.md context, your skill library, and your GTM workflow brief → it studies your business rules, your tool stack, and your recurring tasks → orchestrates agents across lead generation, content, outreach, and reporting while you review outputs and approve actions. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for GTM engineers and founders who are still triggering the same Claude sessions manually every week, running one task at a time when parallel agents should be handling the whole stack simultaneously, and rebuilding context from scratch every session because nothing is encoded into a permanent operating system. If you're running GTM in 2026, you already know the math - the teams producing the most aren't the ones prompting harder, they're the ones with an agentic OS where every task knows the business context, every agent knows its job, and every output lands in the right place automatically. Most teams trigger five manual sessions a week if they're lucky. This stack solves it: → CLAUDE.md encodes your entire GTM operating context - ICP, voice, tool stack, hard rules, and workflow logic - so every agent in every session starts with full business context already loaded → Skill library built once and triggered by slash commands so lead scoring, outreach writing, content generation, and client reporting run the same way every time without re-explaining the process → Sub-agents handle heavy parallel tasks independently - each gets a clean context window, does the work, and returns a clean summary to the main session without bloating the parent context → MCP connections give agents direct access to your CRM, inbox, calendar, and outreach tools so tasks execute against live data not manually pasted exports → Hooks trigger automatically before and after tool use - Slack pings when parallel sessions finish, writes blocked to sensitive files, quality gates before anything goes live → Modal deployment turns any skill into a live URL so your entire team can trigger GTM workflows from a form without opening a terminal No triggering the same sessions manually every week. No losing context halfway through a long session and watching outputs degrade. No rebuilding the same workflow from scratch every time you start a new project. What you get: - CLAUDE.md template: the exact structure that encodes your GTM context, ICP, voice, tool stack, and hard rules so every session starts already knowing your business - Skill library starter pack: lead scoring, outreach sequence writing, content generation, and client reporting skills each triggered by a slash command - Sub-agent configuration: three cases where sub-agents earn their cost and the exact setup for parallel research, QA, and variant exploration - MCP integration guide: CRM, inbox, and outreach tool connections with token cost checks so you only keep what earns its weight - Modal deployment setup: any skill as a live URL in under two minutes with a form interface your whole team can trigger Built 100% in Claude Code with MCP integrations and Modal deployment. I put together a full playbook with the CLAUDE.md template, the skill library, the sub-agent configuration, and the Modal deployment setup to get your full GTM agentic OS running from one terminal session. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "OS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

In the last 90 days, LinkedIn completely transformed my agency. This 1 framework I've been using has: - added 2.2k+ followers to my account - generated well over 50+ sales opportunities - brought in 20+ inbound inquiries. And for my clients: - booked 27 calls in 48 hours - hit 367,000+ impressions in 20 days - grow a Skool community from 0-> 350+ members in 1 post - consistently 2-3x their client's followings And honestly... Anyone can replicate this because the framework is surprisingly straightforward. There are a few parts to it. 1) you need to make a sales asset, and it needs to be worth real $$$. AKA: You need to provide your audience (upfront) with something they would ACTUALLY pay money for. I've sold coaching for thousands going over the same stuff I give away in my lead magnets. And that is the bar. If your "free guide" is 5 pages of generic advice, nobody is going to comment for it. 2) Then make it instantly implementable. Nobody wants something that helps them in 2 months. They want something they can use TODAY. - GPTs they can plug in right now. - Frameworks they can start running tomorrow. - Templates they can copy-paste this afternoon. - Notion workspaces they can duplicate in 30 seconds. - Spreadsheets with formulas already built in. 3) Third, you need to package it like a product. The name of the asset matters WAY more than you think. E.g. If you want to start sending cold emails to enterprise businesses... Which one are you MORE enticed by? a) "My Cold Email Tips" b) "The Fortune 500 Cold Email System" 4) Next, add a scrolling GIF or a screenshot of the dashboard inside. Make people FEEL the value before they even open it. 5) Finally, use the backend DM as a qualifier. > Someone comments "LEADS" on your post. > You send the lead magnet. > Then you ask one qualifying question relevant to your service. e.g. "Are you currently running outbound for your agency?" (that SINGLE question has booked me more calls than months of pure value posting) -- The TL;DR: Lead magnets are the highest-ROI content format on LinkedIn in 2026. And if you want my full Viral Lead Magnet Method Playbook... Comment "PLAYBOOK" And I'll DM it to you. Inside... I loaded it up: 1. A 9-chapter notion doc explaining how I’ve generated 10,000,000+ impressions & 7-figures in pipeline w/ lead mags 2. A 15 min Loom video of me explaining the entire strategy 3. A document with 9 viral lead magnet ideas (that I used & are already vetted) 4. An entire swipe file of lead magnets for every kind of B2B agency 5. 5 claude prompts I use to 10x the speed of production (while maintaining quality) Comment + connect with me to get it :)

Some of our signal-based campaigns produce 2x to 10x higher reply rates than standard cold outbound. We tested 5 signal plays over the last year: 1. Customer Alumni ↳ Pull closed-won accounts from HubSpot ↳ Clay identifies job changes at those accounts ↳ Score the new companies, then route to Instantly and HeyReach 2. Website Visitors ↳ Warmly identifies visitors ↳ Clay enriches and scores them ↳ High-score triggers a Slack alert for manual outreach ↳ Low-score feeds into automated sequences 3. Founder LinkedIn Connections ↳ 65,000+ combined followers between founders ↳ Conversational outreach to people who already know our names ↳ This play hit a 25.4% reply rate 4. LinkedIn Engagement ↳ Jungler and Teamfluence track likes, comments, profile visitors ↳ Clay enrichment, then outreach based on ICP score 5. Social Listening ↳ Monitor LinkedIn for specific keywords ↳ Clay captures and enriches matches ↳ ICP match triggers a targeted campaign The Founder Connections play worked because we'd spent 1+ year building an audience on LinkedIn before sending any outreach messages. Lesson: Content and outbound compound in value when you CONNECT them. PS I wrote 2 different step-by-step guides... 1. A full outbound masterclass 2. A full LinkedIn content masterclass Comment SIGNAL and I’ll send you both.

I’ve NEVER seen a B2B company fail to scale with ABM when they build signal infrastructure that automatically scores, routes, and alerts. That said... We just built this ABM playbook for you to steal. It’s the same playbook we deploy for clients that generate HUNDREDS of thousands in pipeline. 8 steps from ICP model to realtime CRM updates with intent signals and dedicated Slack channels for warm leads. Inside, this document, I break down the entire workflow: • The 8-step framework from ICP to activation • How we track 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party signals • The awareness scoring model (5 stages) • CRM automation structure • How Slack channels keep reps focused on warm leads Comment "ABM" and I'll DM it to you. A private equity firm came to us last quarter convinced they needed a custom AI build. We ran our standard audit first. Seven phases across three weeks. By the end, time spent on one of their core processes was on track to drop around 70%. And half of what they thought they needed didn't need to be built at all. That's usually how it goes. The audit is the part nobody wants to do because it's slow and unsexy. It's also the part that decides whether everything that comes after is worth a damn. I packaged the entire process into a self-serve SOP. Same framework we use across our engagements, written so an internal ops lead can run it themselves. What's inside: → The 7-phase audit framework → Stakeholder interview script → Process shadowing playbook → Current state mapping templates → Opportunity scoring matrix → ROI modeling and future state design → Audit document structure for leadership → 10 mistakes that tank internal audits Like + RT + Comment "ASSESSMENT" and I'll DM it to you.
