Anyone using the YUH Payment card in China on Alipay and Wechat APPs? Those apps declined payments because of a daily transaction limit, but there are no such limits set in Yuh account and support told me I'll be fine... Kinda problematic 4 travelers @yuh_app @yuhapp_support

@Insta360service @insta360 FInaly worked after a rst ( 3h. to find out how) then two fireware updates. Now it works. Not simple. I also cannot blame you against GoPro as my GoPro was also not working before a firmware update. I don't understand why sport cameras cannot be delivered with ready to go soft.

Going those paths with my bike is a real pleasure. I wish I could have filmed some part thanks to my Insta360. But S3 GO have been working 1 month then being in repair since the 1rt of June. @insta360 @Insta360service If you are not capable to deliver, why are you selling it?

@Insta360service @insta360 Thanks for your useful advice. I was looking on the internet and the fact that we have to remove the camera from the Ac.Pod was not clear. Now I was able to reset it and aftewr two fireware update( don't ask me why) it seems to work. What an adventure.

@PhilSoupart @insta360 Resetting: Remove the standalone camera from the Action Pod, then press and hold the button on the standalone camera and the power button on the Action Pod for 7 seconds to reset. After that, place the standalone camera back into the Action Pod and reboot to complete the reset.

Merci pour ton retour. 😊 C'est étrange, car la carte Yuh fonctionne normalement sans souci à l'international, même sans Google Pay, mais certains terminaux peuvent parfois faire des caprices. Si le terminal de paiement n'accepte pas ton code PIN, ou si tes transactions n'aboutissent pas, nous t'invitons à contacter notre service client au +41 44 825 87 89, afin de regarder ce qu'il se passe avec ta carte et t'aider au mieux. Le code PIN à 4 chiffres est standard pour la majorité des cartes, donc il ne devrait pas poser de problème. N’hésite pas à réessayer sur un autre terminal ou à nous contacter si ça persiste. On est là pour t’aider à profiter de ta carte partout ! 🌍

C est cool les vacances ... sauf pour la carte YUH qui ne semble pas aimer du tout. Je vous recommende pas cette carte pour une utilisation hors GooglePay Elle a tendance a ne pas accepter les code pin. Et c est la seule carte qui a un PIN a 4 digits... @yuh_app @yuhapp_support

@yuh_app @yuhapp_support Effectivement, il est courant dans certains pays, comme les États-Unis et la France, d'avoir des codes PIN à 4 chiffres pour les cartes bancaires. Dans d'autres pays, cependant, des codes à 6 chiffres sont souvent utilisés pour des raisons de sécurité accrue.
