Really very bad experience with @RadissonRewards @RadissonHotels .Despite of 3 days of stay as a guest at sohna road they have refused to update the reward points stating I am not guest. Where as in the bill I have been mentioned as the only guest

If you ever need to contact @RadissonRewards about your account don’t bother it is impossible to get anything fixed . You get palmed off at every turn . 2 weeks and I’m still trying to fix an issue

Disappointed at how bad @RadissonRewards gold support has become: trying to get credited points for a stay that still even appears in my account "past stays" and I keep getting generic emails with "dear *" claiming they can't find it. Have they fired all human support staff?

@RadissonRewards Ras Al Khaimahis not what I expected or had hoped for . Can’t sit outside because of noise from jet skis people smoking etc. No nice sea moss shower gel, no decaf coffee except Nescafé, no wine I ordered to my room on arrival, no facial in the spa.
