The Blair/Brown era was responsible for the Bank of England Act, Human Rights Act, Constitutional Reform Act, Equality Act, Climate Change Act and more. Power was taken from the elected and given to progressive bureaucrats and judges. That's why Britain is an ungovernable mess.

Spot on from @VotePursglove We brought in stringent laws to stop illegal migrant men from pretending to be children so they could claim asylum and abuse the children services system. Labour stupidly scrapped our laws to allow migrant men to have access to children’s services including schools and accommodation. Labour are putting British children at risk through their dangerous and reckless policies.

'This government flagship legislation should have been called the Border 'Insecurity' Bill.' Former Immigration Minister Tom Pursglove reacts to new reports showcasing the number of illegal immigrants falsely posing as children.

The Supreme Court has ruled that under UK law, trans people never had the rights people like you insisted they had. You misrepresented the law and cheered on the removal of women’s rights. Trans people have lost nothing except the mistaken belief you fostered.
Rachel Millward@rachelmillward

Today my heart is with our trans community, treated so abysmally in this country. Draft guidance means trans people are barred from services they could previously access & inclusive service providers will be at legal risk. Green Party statement: greenparty.org.uk/2026/05/22/sia…

Independent councillor John Edwards is being punished for telling the truth about the scale and impact of the Afghan resettlement scheme. @John_EdwardsUK raised concerns about Afghan migrants being housed in a local four-star hotel, with onsite healthcare, wraparound support, and assistance moving into the private rental market — including deposits being paid for them. None of this was secret. It was all in the public domain. But the council didn’t like John asking questions. Anonymous complaints from a Lib Dem councillor and council staff triggered a year-long investigation costing taxpayers £15,000. After John was cleared, the council brought forward yet another charge — accusing him of bringing his office into disrepute. John now faces a hearing before some of the very councillors who branded him a racist. The Free Speech Union is proud to support John. But he now needs your help. Because if they succeed against him, this will become the blueprint for councillors and unelected officials to silence political opponents. If you can, please donate to John’s Crowdfunder below — and watch him on @GBNEWS👇

Who are our judges? I mean really… who are these people? Who do they think they are? 😡 Children cry out for discipline in schools. Now they cry out for justice in the streets. The adults have left the room.😩 telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/05/2…

🚨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Green MSP Q Manivannan has been caught out big time. ‼️ Hes been telling voters he grew up starving from a lower caste family back in India. Turns out he went to a fancy private school in Chennai studied at a private uni and comes from a proper upper middle class background with doctors engineers and academics in the family. Now on a student visa in the UK and running for Holyrood. Wild how these stories unravel. #ScottishPolitics #WokeHypocrisy #IdentityPolitics

The right to criticise a religion is part of British culture Criticism of Islam is Islamoscepticism, not Islamophobia Phobias are irrational fears, like arachnophobia- the fear of spiders Or in the case of Islam, fear of dogs and pigs Calling scepticism (or criticism) a phobia is a misuse of the English language An infidel's fear of being beheaded is not irrational
Laurence Fox@LozzaFox

We need to remove meaningless words such as “Islamophobia” from our beautiful and ancient language. We need to be as rigorous in mocking the term as the midget dictator @SadiqKhan is about making sure no one can reply to his tweets.

The BBC has been captured by trans ideologues. In the latest episode of the FSU podcast, @DavidRoseUK sits down with @RobBurl to expose the scale of the problem. Burley served as deputy editor of Newsnight and spent 13 years at the corporation. During that time, he witnessed how the BBC’s commitment to impartiality was undermined by transgender ideology, an unquestioning commitment to Diversity & Inclusion schemes, and a growing culture of intolerance. Heidi, why do you keep telling porkie pies about the roll out of the 701 trains on South Western? Every time it’s the same old nonsense. The new 701s have got bugger all to do with state control of the railways, they were ordered in 2017 and have been being rolled out for years.
Heidi Alexander MP@Heidi_Labour

Another big rail moment today, as South Western gets its first GBR train. Since coming into public ownership, a new fleet of trains has been rolling out, giving passengers more spacious, comfortable & air conditioned journeys. We're building a railway you can be proud of. 🇬🇧🚆

A narrator writes: The SNP won 58 out of 129 Holyrood seats. Which, unless you’re a product of Scotland’s increasingly underperforming school system, is obviously not more ‘than everyone else put together’. It was six fewer seats than the SNP won in 2021. And the SNP’s vote share was roughly 10 percentage points below its share in 2021. So by no acceptable definition did the SNP ‘win by a landslide’.
ruth wishart@ruth_wishart

How about getting more seats than everyone else put together?
