I don't know if I completely agree. Taking profits at these highs is not a bad idea considering when you look at the weekly chart of gold there's some major supply zones above current price these are areas where big institutional selling took place we'd have to take out those areas first before this goes higher and so far they are holding

The crew on @CNBCFastMoney all agree that now is the time to sell the gold miners. You can’t ask for a better buy signal. It bothered me that they were so bullish at the highs, so this capitulation is as good a contrarian indicator as you are likely to get. Buy with both hands!

Keir Starmer, has a 5-year mandate to rebuild our economy, repair our public services, & make our country safer and fairer. He inherited a wrecked economy, wrecked public finances, wrecked public services. Will take time to repair. ALL Labour MPs should be supporting him in this

Tomorrow is the King’s Speech. Since the last one, Labour has delivered change to improve lives, from renters’ rights and action on child poverty to safer streets, rail public ownership and Great British Energy. Much more still to do, but Labour is getting on with the job.

The writing is on the wall for a major resignation today. Reeves. Lammy. Streeting. Mahmood. The question is no longer if someone pulls the rug from under Starmer… It’s who does it first. My money’s on Wes Streeting.

Hello! I’ve just joined the Labour Party – fancy joining with me? Here’s the link: I have joined the @UkLabour party today in support of @KeirStarmer. I am disgusted with attempts to oust him and will do my bit to keep him as the best PM in decades. join.labour.org.uk/share/3xa9qjt

Darren Jones says they all want to get on with ensuring ‘Labour values’ are move forward with as in Bills in King’s Speech “The values people voted for in the last election” But people didn’t vote for Digital ID did they Darren because it was not in any Manifesto. Even when in such a tight spot @darrenpjones can’t help himself - desperate to pretend these ‘values’ are shared but he Public - totally incapable of hearing the Public & fury of imposing measures never mentioned : like with the farmers and free speech. This won’t be ‘solved’ by any of the names putting themselves forward for leadership - it goes to the heart of the betrayal of everyday people by Labour #scrapdigitalid

@kevinbonavia ...our focus as a Labour government must always be on the people we were elected to serve. It never has been and you want us to believe you will now?! 😂

@DamianLow3 The problem is that Labour are not acting in the national interest, that's why we want them out.

If Labour think changing PM will help, it won’t. The media will hound and hate whoever takes Starmer’s place just as much. For some reason, they have a desperate desire to see Farage become PM. They are not acting in the national interest.

The public will not forgive us if we start turning inwards. We were elected with a clear mandate. When we go into the next election with the question of who should run the country: Keir, Kemi, or Nigel - the answer is clear. Keir delivered 2024, he can deliver again.

Email your Labour MP and tell them not to hand the keys to Downing Street straight to Farage. This attempt to oust Starmer is exactly what they’ve been campaigning for. Tell them to remove their name. Holdtheline.org.uk

James Cleverly(Tory MP): "We're less than 2 years from a really significant electoral defeat & nobody is expecting us to turn that around overnight." But you expect Labour to turn around 14 years of Tory mess in less than 2 years. #bbclaurak

I think @Keir_Starmer did brilliantly. He spoke honestly to reporters afterwards, not ducking or diving or making excuses. He connectred with them, didnt't speak at them. My God we are lucky to have him as PM. 🙏🌹

You know what, he probably is. The papers hate him and the dumb Reform voters hate him because they’ve been told to. But yeah he’s done a lot of good in the last two years

@DPJHodges Wrong again. Many of us admire Keir Starmer as a decent, honourable and hard working PM who’s doing a good job sorting out the terrible mess left by the Tories.
