1/ ~70% of the top markets took a decade or more to fully recover from their pre 2008 peaks. Washington, DC and Las Vegas took 15 years to recover, or said another way, they recovered about a year ago

They say real estate only goes up? It does if you are willing to wait 15 years. We looked at how long it took home owners to fully recover the value of their homes if they bought the peak leading into 2008. The results are stunning...

@jdipietro7 I agree with this, but it's essential to understand what types of backlinks are being used (white/black/grey).

1/ Domain rating (DR) DR is a measure of the quantity & quality of backlinks present. When other sites point to your site, it's called a backlink. More, higher quality backlinks are a sign to Google that you have great content on your site.

Screenshot apps are like note apps. There are tons of them and I can never find one that works 100% to my workflow and satisfaction. Very close to building one for myself 😂

@nathanbarry I like the simplicity of this strategy, however, have you considered using a HELOC to expedite the purchase vs waiting 1-2 years for your next purchase?

My real estate strategy: Buy 1 property per year. Never sell. Repeat for 30 years. Sure, you can make money on a flip, but I much prefer building equity, appreciation, and cash flow by holding for the long term.
