Without prejudice By the way people who have been tagged in to this , the person connected to this account goes by the lie of a name Brian Bilston ( real name Paul Millicheap ) if you’d like to know ( or the police would like to know ) who’s trolling you a simple social media search has connected the poster with other alternative accounts the Defamation Act 2013 would not be able to be used if the person you are claiming against isn’t named , this act also applies to businesses who have been caused financial loss which the group has boasted about publicly The name of this account was created as a form of ‘poetry’ here in 2016 against Donald Trump , the posts are still evident . Personally I think his attitude to others is objectionable, crass , disrespectful and unlawful though it seems the posts have stirred up a following of willing accomplices to the crimes . Posted for the reasons of highlighting the crime and not willing to be attacked and bullied for example where direct offensive language has been weaponised against the people named above - and many others also directly evidenced by his social media posts and replies he also thinks this type of behaviour is sport posting on another platform his trying to get banned from this platform I should point out the Malicious Communications Act of 1988, the Communications Act of 2003 (section 127), and the Criminal Justice and Police Act of 2001 (section 43). These laws all cover social media and other forms of electrical methods of communication including email and social media Under these laws it is illegal to send “indecent” or “grossly offensive” messages, and/or send “threats”, or “false information” with the intention of “causing distress or anxiety” to its receiver or receivers. Furthermore, the Harassment Act of 1997 You have the right to feel safe and not threatened and you have the right of freedom of speech unless it may cause distress and/or anxiety to somebody who may view that message which clearly there is intent . Furthermore, with the laws above protecting social media users, you also have the protection of both the police and UK legal system. The posts where directed insults with the use of offensive profanity are evidence . You should also take into consideration the law which surrounds libel which also includes electrical communication such as social media . There is also the crimes of cyber bullying , all of the above can carry both a fine and a custodial sentence of imprisonment previously 6 months although the law has recently been ‘stretched’ The flagrant use of attempting to use the previously coveted by many more recent freedom of speech on this platform against both its owner and politicians and members of the public for targeted harassment and bullying and breaking the platforms own rules of hateful conduct , in so having to have his posts removed due to breach of conduct on the platform and evidently spreading this information to others on other platforms who are not moderating the hateful conduct on that platform so in doing inciting the hatred . It seems a coordinated attempt by a number of accounts to sway public thinking and degrade the type of content on the platform whilst promoting the endeavours of another business for reasons unknown I trust that the person responsible has no justification for contacting me further nor attacking personally any further the reputation and good standing of those targeted and suggest that the above also state the same . Perhaps previous self proclaimed leaving willingly to form the hate group that exists using extreme words and ideology against others will serve in the future for correct modification and further inspection by the authorities for evidence of the behaviour forming causing incitement to others .
