In 2021, Syndicate launched as a DAO tooling platform and helped spin up more than 450 DAOs in three weeks.
By 2024, the team shifted focus. Instead of just helping communities organize capital, they started helping them build infrastructure.
Now, Syndicate serves as part of Ethereum’s horizontal scaling layer.

On-chain sequencing
Sequencing happens inside smart contracts, not off-chain servers. Developers can define transaction ordering, privacy rules, and MEV handling directly in code.
Decoupled mempool (Valkey-based)
Open, forkable, privacy-enabled, and tested at over 1 million transactions per second.
Settlement layer
Every appchain settles to Ethereum through Arbitrum, providing finality and security.
EVM-compatible
Deploy it like any rollup but own the full stack. You can even embed app-specific logic such as oracles, marketplaces, or randomness directly into the sequencer layer.
