Why do people do things that hurt others? Whatever the reasons, it boils down to trauma. They can’t help it, they did the best they could. Assume their intentions were good. Forgive them, which doesn't mean tolerating their hurtful behavior going forward.

Why is this still called social media when all y'all do is shill for someone else? Or bitch about a "thing" you have zero ability to change while spewing venom to those who disagree? I give zero fucks about "engagement", I care about connections...human ones.

I am grateful for every life experience and every person I have or will encounter because, one way or the other, I learn something from each one. I'm sharing this because there isn't enough gratitude in the world. What are you grateful for?

Hey @VinnieTortorich after having taken a cruise on @CarnivalCruise, I found all of three things onboard that did not contain sugar, grains, or seed oils. I lost 4 pounds on the cruise because the food I could eat was abjectly terrible. Never again.

@martingeddes I was married to one for 25 years. Thanks to a corrupt family court system, she's still a parasite on my income. However, I found my way out and I'm happier than I've ever been.
