@factor_members …and in my experience, it works only with a deep focus on the trade selection and management. You must be conscious of each trade you enter and torture test it before committing. Any doubt, you better pass.

Once you go through a drawdown > 10% you understand the wisdom of this approach. It is a real trade off that few really understand. You kill some potentially explosive trades prematurely in order to limit your drawdowns. In return, you limit the downside to your account. Those trades that survive and move higher carries your bottomline.

@SowingAlphaSeed @internpierre Maybe I needed to state it more clearly. Ferrari's position is that, at some point in the future, they will have to go full electric due to regulations. Therefore, they need to be relevant in an all-electric future. This is an existential threat to the company.
English

@PhorosOxBeta @internpierre OK. Previously you stated they were doing it because regulations required it. That's what I was responding to.
English

@internpierre @SowingAlphaSeed At that point, they can buy credits from Tesla. It would be a stopgap measure, though. Ferrari views electrification as a huge challenge. The point Ferrari is trying to drive home is that the Ferrari brand can also be relevant in an all-electric future.
English

@SowingAlphaSeed @PhorosOxBeta Right but the whole point is they they can charge an insane markup because it has the “Ferrari” premium
English

@SowingAlphaSeed @internpierre And who would buy them if the brand is not Ferrari?
English

@PhorosOxBeta @internpierre Why don't they split the EVs into a separate brand if they're just building them to satisfy regulations?

@TechCharts Aksel, I don't see a retest of the pattern boundary. What makes it a Type 2?
