@sam___york Hey, that's a bug we just fixed. The em-dash character in our install sanity-check was getting mangled by some Pinokio shells. Just shipped v2.0.4. To get unstuck: Pinokio → Phosphene → Reset → Install That'll grab v2.0.4 and the install will actually complete this...

Somebody said 20 sec generations on MAC? We got you! They take 20 minutes at the moment but planing to improve on that this week. anyways you can batch them and let them run over night.

One more quick test - no controlnets or pose data, just straight v2v with @D_AI_VI_d’s LoRA and a LoRA I trained on myself The most interesting part to me is that when the control inputs are removed, the character LoRA has the freedom to inject the subject’s natural mannerisms

Another test - what I love about this approach is that because there’s no masking involved, the model only replaces what needs to be replaced, so things like the arms and legs in this one stay as they were originally

It’s incredible. I downloaded Pinokio last Saturday. Took me a week, few hours a day to get just to work in that environment. When I made first test render in Phosphene my jaw dropped … My dream to have my own movie production studio becomes true ❤️🙏😎💪💪💪 All in one, on my own computer. What a Gift!💝

I've been testing with an unreleased WIP LTX 2.3 LoRA by LDWorks and among other things it enables some of the best performance transfer I've seen so far. It has some ghosting issues, but for a one-shot generation with no masking or pose data it's pretty impressive!
