Many have heard the news that our mom and dad were helping someone when strong winds came through the Ellwood City area and blew them off the porch. Mom suffered a fractured femur, bruised ribs, and a hematoma, and dad has some bumps and bruises but is okay. She is currently in the hospital and will be going to a rehab facility tomorrow. I flew in last night to be with them, and we are so grateful for all the prayers, messages, and support. Please continue to keep them in your prayers. 🙏 @DougTammaro

BREAKING: Bobby Hurley's coaching tenure at ASU is over after 11 seasons, sources tell @SunDevilSource. Hurley will go on paid administrative leave through the remainder of his contract in June. Hurley was 185-167 overall and 90-115 in conference games at ASU.

@JoeBear72 I’ve heard of that type of diet. I don’t know if I have the will power to hang on that long

@PhotoSilvas Thanks Andy. I was skeptical about the intermittent fasting but my brother and another friend said it worked for them. The real key to success is not cheating on the time 16/8 hours and eating good food. The only hard time for me being somewhat hungry is around 6-8 PM.

About 9 years ago I worked hard to lose 75 lbs & have kept it off since. Recently I felt I need to lose some more to help with my blood pressure & glucose levels. Since Jan. 1 I have tried the Intermittent fasting method & have lost another 20 lbs. No drugs & just healthier food.
