@RUGBY_STR_COACH Third in the NFL in rushing for QBs and people want to cherry pick one play and say he has bad “mechanics.” Maybe the way he runs is what allows him to be successful? Are more wickets really going to kick in when you’ve got 3 people chasing you trying to slam you into the ground?

Top five longest rushes by a QB in the last 25 years, so probably a 0.000001% scenario for his position. Fastest MPH hit by a QB in the last 3 years (including you know who in Baltimore). But his mechanics need work and he needs to practice more for this situation 🤷🏼‍♂️

@clh_strength Agreed, if the foot and knee are in agreement then I think you are ok. If they aren’t, that’s when it can be a problem. Although I think it’s hard to teach proper landing mechanics. In game landings look a lot different than when landing from a tall box.

Unpopular opinion: Knee valgus is just the body utilizing levers during propulsion/jump. It’s not that dangerous. Valgus + torque is what we should be worried about

Without question. Typically, in those debates, those who say bio or certs don't matter, usually lack in both.
