I wouldn’t guesstimate that Hegelian concept or evolution is a trait of quantum. I believe it would have supposed that all matter exists like music notes. Static without movement vibes. Where one can add to the fabric and make connection points, but every added point would have to exist as all states of itself simultaneously? Actually, it may just presume a consistency in matter.
