The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.

Today was the first day I have really started to appreciate the time constraints in my MSK rotation! Time management is going to be a big objective of mine!🫣 Reflections and further reading pending after some complexed cases 😬🚩
