HAKEEM JEFFRIES told me that the upset in FL Tuesday night has led Democrats to targeting a half-dozen House Republicans in Florida, including MARIO DIAZ BALART, CARLOS GIMENEZ, BRIAN MAST and MARIA ELVIRA SALAZAR. Florida Republicans are getting very skittish about redistricting, as well.

Salazar’s race is already on the map. If we’re in a 2020 or 2018 type year, maybe Giménez and Mast get another look (there’s a credible candidate running against Mast, but not Giménez). Diaz Balart is fantasy.

Brian, I never said debates “aren’t useful.” That’s you putting words in my mouth. Let me be clear: I’ll debate you anytime, anywhere. And you should get ready. I’m going to hold you accountable for your record and what you’ve failed to deliver for our district. Voters deserve facts and a better choice for their representative. We’re just getting started.
