Today my family and I said goodbye to our 16 year old dog. It's been a hard journey and while her mind wanted to keep going her body simply couldn't keep up. It was such a hard decision for me to make but she went peacefully and won't suffer anymore. That dog grew up with me and helped me through so many things. Countless nights crying over pointless drama, she was there to lick my tears. The times I had to stay up studying for AP exams, she made sure I was never alone. When my day felt down she was there to stand with me and brighten it up. Through it all, she was my best friend and her absence will forever leave a hole in my heart. I love you Princess and I'm thankful for our time together. ❤️
