This entire system was co-created and jointly approved by all event organizers. This approach was intentionally designed to protect the integrity of the results and ensure categories remained accurate, for example, preventing a non-artist from being voted into the Artist of the Year category. We understand that not everyone will agree with every outcome, and we respect the passion people have for their preferred creators. That said, we stand by the integrity of the system used and remain committed to transparency and trust in all future events.
