Rider Alert: Over the next few months extensive sign and paint marking enhancements will be taking place at Tacoma Dome Station. Bus service will not be disrupted. However, parking stalls will be blocked off as needed, on a rolling basis, to allow this work to take place safely. Please allow an extra few minutes when parking in case your normal stall is temporarily unavailable. Please also use extra caution when driving or walking around work zones. The project will provide updated signs, more accurate navigational cues, and color coding, making it easier to find your way within and around the garage. The project is expected to be complete near the end of May, thank you for your patience.

@PierceTransit Putting in a complaint for route 500, it was 10 minutes late, supposed to be to 374th stop close to 7:25, it didn't show up til 7:35 and then IT PASSED ME ! Gees, I neversride the bus but was seeing guys what it would be like. Horrible

Earlier this week I received the University of Washington Tacoma Milgard School of Business Leadership Award for Nonprofit & Sustainability. I'm proud of all @PierceTransit employees who make the agency a sustainable workplace.

This past weekend, C-TRAN’s Maintenance team had the pleasure of competing in the @PierceTransit Maintenance Roadeo. Up until last year, it had been over a decade since C-TRAN’s Maintenance team competed in one of these events. Since then, they’ve participated in multiple Roadeos, allowing them not only to flex their skills and test their knowledge, but also to connect with and learn from peers at other agencies.

Rider Alert: Starting April 27, we will need to close the Spanaway Transit Center due to Pierce County's Sewer Extension Project. Route 1 and Stream Community Line will not serve the Spanaway Transit Center or the southbound bus stop near 8th Ave E. for the duration of the construction project.
